Susan prefers to have a brief chat or text exchange with clients on the phone to determine if your case is one she would consider handling. Once this step is completed, we can arrange a personal or virtual meeting to discuss your case more thoroughly. Any initial consultation fee will be applied to your flat rate case fee. Susan will provide you with a realistic and practical evaluation of your case and advise on whether and how to proceed.
